Set Sail: Into the Blue

11:30 AM – Board “The Spirit of Pilar”

• Step aboard your faithful replica of Hemingway’s Pilar.

• Relax as we glide into the crystal waters of the Gulf.

• Learn fishing techniques: pole setup, baiting, tackle — and yes, time for sunscreen!

The Fishing Adventure Begins

12:00 PM – Lines In!

• Troll for big game: marlin, mahi, tuna — you never know what magic the Marquesas Keys brings.

• Enjoy hand-crafted hors d’oeuvres from Chef Martin Liz as you fish.

• Refreshments, cold drinks, and laughter at sea.

 

The Sandbar Experience

2:00 PM to 5:00 PM – Boca Grande Sandbar

• Cruise toward the famous sandbar — home to dolphins, tropical fish, and playful ocean breezes.

• Swim, sip signature Mojitos, and soak in paradise.

• Your fresh catch cooked right at the sandbar — or packaged carefully to ship home.

6:00 PM – Dock at Key West Bight

• Return in time to experience the iconic Mallory Square Sunset Celebration.

• Or relax back at Schooner Wharf Bar with new friends and tales of your epic day.
